14.4 Deactivation. Customers can disable and uninstall the software from their computer to install and activate it on another computer in accordance with this agreement („deactivation“) and as described in www.adobe.com/go/activation. Deactivation requires an Internet connection. 16.11 Adobe Moderator. If the software contains Adobe Presenter and the customer installs or uses the Adobe Connect supplement in conjunction with the use of the software, the client agrees that he installs and uses this add-in only on a desktop computer and not on any non-PC product, including, but not limited to a web application, set Top Box, handheld, phone or webpad. In addition, the part of the software embedded in a presentation, information or content created and generated by the software (the „Adobe Presenter Run-Time“) can only be used with the presentation, information or content in which it is embedded. The customer must not use Adobe Presenter Run-Time and not use all licensees of this presentation, information or content, except in such a presentation, information or content. In addition, the customer should not use Adobe Presenter`s duration so that all licensees of such presentations, information or content do not change, re-edit or disassemble Adobe Presenter Run-Time. 4.9. The customer may only use the software to access Adobe`s online services in the territory and in accordance with the activation policy described www.adobe.com/go/activation.
Adobe may terminate the license or suspend membership or access to Adobe Online services if Adobe discovers that the customer is using the software or adobe Online Services outside the territory. 2.1.4 Restrictions on secondary use by volume licensees. If the software was purchased by a licensee other than a licensee for teaching volumes under an Adobe volume licensing program or an agreement (for example. B of Adobe Volume Licensing), the second copy of the software covered in Section 2.1.3 must be used exclusively for the profit and activity of this licensee in volume. If the software is an update to an earlier version of Adobe software (the previous version), the customer`s use of this update depends on maintaining the previous version. Therefore, if the customer effectively transmits this update in accordance with paragraph 4.6, the customer must forward the previous version with him. If the customer wants to use this update in addition to the previous version, the customer can only do so on the same computer on which it was installed and uses the previous version. Any obligations Adobe may have to support previous versions during the license term may end with the availability of this update. No other use of the update is allowed. Additional updates can be granted by Adobe with additional or different conditions to the customer.
